Personal Update: 2/1/12

I’m still me.  I’m still unemployed.  I’m still depressed.  I’m now dealing with the conviction that I’m never going to have a significant job again.  It’s not just that I can’t find anything permanent in accounting.  It’s not even that the temp agencies don’t call me back.  I’ve applied to be a security guard, to deliver pizzas and to work stocking shelves at Target.  Nothing.  At this point, it looks like I’m either overqualified or underqualified for every job in existence.
